  • Preparing

    After you have booked your time with me, you will receive a very brief ‘intake form’ so I am ready for our call. If you just want to talk without a structure, no problem - this is YOUR time, there are no rules.

    We will meet over Zoom. Have a glass of water (or your favourite beverage) on hand, a writing tool and notebook, and we’ll get to work!

  • During the Session

    Depending on how you like to learn, and how long you are investing in yourself, we’ll begin our session with an Intention. Then we’ll jump right in. I like to use Zoom as we can record the session if you don’t like taking notes and we can share info and resources on our screens.
